As we begin to enjoy all the festivities and joy of Christmas time it's very important to look after the self, the whole mind, body and soul.
We are at the end of a year where we have all experienced so many emotions and the chance to celebrate with loved ones is a wonderful feeling but we feel it is also a great chance to take some time for you and escape the pressure! We discuss our Christmas stories and what we have learnt along the way, as well as some tips on how to get the right balance this Christmas.
